Shipping times are related to the shipping option you have selected for your order and your location.
If using non-express service (not DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc'), shipping times may vary depending on the local post efficiency.
Express shipping service:
Some express shipping options are available on checkout like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc’
Express shipping service offers very fast Door-To-Door shipping times to almost anywhere in the world. In most cases, using one of these services will take up to 5 days to arrive.
If you are in a rush to receive your order, you have a deadline, you want to be able to track the package at any moment and have insurance and guarantee on delivery you should select one of the express options of shipping.
Postal Services:
Postal services are all the service offered that are not express, like EMS, e-packet, China post, etc’
These shipping services are not Door-To-Door and will most likely arrive at your local post office for pickup by you.
The delivery time of these shipments is longer than express and can vary depending on the destination. Most shipments will arrive in 3 weeks while some may take even 6 weeks.
Shipping times are NOT GUARANTEED and are dependent on the destination country and their local post efficiency.
Once shipping from our warehouse, we do not have control over these shipments, only a basic tracking number is provided and is dependent on the local post to update its details.

Once you see your package arrived at your destination country, you should be able to track your package using your local post website.
International Orders
Drone Pit Stop cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Drone Pit Stop cannot advise you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.
If you refuse to accept the delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to us. In this case, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.
